All of the 53 guest rooms have been tastefully furnished in keeping with the character of the building and offer a high standard of accommodation with private bathroom, colour television, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar and room service.

Facilities
The hotel operates on a bed and breakfast basis only but will accept advance group bookings for lunch or dinner. The hotel has a lounge which is available to residents 24 hours a day and is serviced by a lift. Comfortable rooms, modern conveniences and a warm welcome make this a lovely spot at which to stop.

Location Located in a quite residential area of Edinburgh but still within very easy reach to the shopping area of Princes/Georges Street it is a hotel from which to do some city sightseeing of both the new and old towns. On street car parking is free between 6.30 and 8.30 am and all day Sunday. There is also a NCP car park on Lothian Road (10 minutes from the hotel) for more secure parking. Waverly Station is 15 minutes walk, while the Haymarket station is nearer (7 minutes).
