rear. The rooms are well equipped with TV, telephone, hairdryer, tea
and coffee facilities. Each has facilities en suite, with either bath

There is an oak-panelled restaurant which overlooks historic Dean
Street and this is complimented by a bar and quiet library. Melvin
House Hotel also has a number of meeting rooms.

Location
The hotel is in an enviable location prominent in one of Edinburghs
