Totally rebuilt as a new hotel in 1998, and formally the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the Radisson SAS Hotel Edinburgh harks to its historic past and surroundings with a sandstone finish complete with turrets. Accommodation
All 238 en-suite bedrooms in the hotel are equipped to high standard
with 3 rooms specially adapted for disabled visitors. 60% of rooms
are designated non-smoking. Bedrooms are equipped with temperature
control, satellite television, modem connection, iron and ironing
board, safe, minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests can
upgrade to the Executive Floor and there are 9 luxury suites.

Facilities
Carrubbers, the main hotel restaurant, has delicious bistro
style dining in the evenings, while in the morning breakfast features
a groaning buffet selection. Dicksons, the hotels lounge
and bar, is a popular venue to relax and unwind. It is open 24 hours
7 days a week and serves a delicious menu of light meals. The Hotel Edinburgh has a medium-sized pool and full health spa.

The Radisson SAS Hotel Edinburgh is on High Street in the
heart of the city located in the historic Old Town. The Radisson
is on the Royal Mile, a stretch of road which joins Edinburgh Castle with The Palace of Hollyrood House (the Queen's official residence
in Scotland). It is an ideal location to city sight see and there
is also a good selection of pubs, restaurant and cafes very close
by. Off street parking is available in the secure hotel Car park off
Niddry Street.
