The Best Western Edinburgh City Hotel (Formerly Simpsons Hotel) was converted from a historic Victorian Maternity Hospital during 1998 and the building offers an excellent combination of the old and new. The hotel is light and airy in an historic setting and the Best Western staff aim to make your stay an enjoyable one.

There are 52 rooms, all of which vary in size and shape, but come generously proportioned. All guest rooms are furnished and decorated to a similarly high standard and the décor is bright and welcoming. Some rooms even have turret-like roof lines and large bay windows.
